As an internationally recognised artist and songwriter, I've experienced the privilege of collaborating with incredible musicians, performing across Europe, and reaching millions of listeners.

From the outside, success often looks exciting. Behind the scenes, it can also mean relentless pressure, irregular schedules, constant travel, uncertainty, and a nervous system that rarely gets the chance to recover.

I know what it's like to feel driven, ambitious, and deeply passionate about your work — while quietly paying the price in your body.

That experience led me down a different path. I wanted to understand why stress changes the way we breathe, move, sleep, think, and feel — and more importantly, how those patterns can be changed.

What began as a search for my own answers became a professional calling.
